Yola Carter

After fifteen years as a writer, producer and singer with artists such as Massive Attack, Chase & Status and Phantom Limb, Yola Carter has returned to her first love – country gospel and soul. Named Artist of the Year at the 2017 UK Americana Awards, Carter’s powerhouse voice “is at once powerful and gentle, exuberant and melancholy” (The Bluegrass Situation). Delivering “authentic Americana with a British soul” (The Times), Carter’s “phenomenal talent” (The Independent) will leave your heart broken and your soul stirred” (Rockin’ Magpie).

Joining Carter are folk duo The Black Feathers. Described as “mesmerising and stunning in equal measure” (FATEA), the critically acclaimed debut album “draws you in for a brilliant, effervescent ride from the moment you press play” (Maverick).

This show, originally advertised as a standing show, has been changed to a seated format.
