White Mink Electro Swing Speakeasy

Award winning electro swing purveyors hot foot it to Bristol once again with their zeitgeist-capturing speakeasy where the sounds and styles of the 20s and 30s are turned on their head and smuggled into the 21st century.

This decadent party extravaganza brings a cocktail of live bands, walk about, DJs, dancers and projections to the Spiegeltent for what will be one hell of an opening bash! There are no rules but dressing up is de rigueur.

The line-up for the night –

Flash Mob Jazz – The UKs premier all singing, all swinging, heart of the party band with stunning three part harmonies, scorching horns and a rip-roaring rhythm section

Sharon Davis – aka Bonnie Fox – international queen of burlesque, Lindy Hop, Swing Dance and pinup model revered for her distinctive and feminine style

Swing Zazou – Gypsy Swing, 30’s and 40’s big band sounds and live-mixed beats collide to create a foot-stomping recipe of soaring hot-swingin’ licks, driving swing-scat vocals and vintage harmonies.

Ophelia Bitz – Bristol’s own saucy but bad-ass vocalist, ring-mistress, compere and performance artist

Bristol Swing Dance Lindy Hop Dancers – Bristol’s pioneers of the Swing scene show us how to Lindy, Jive & Boogie the night away

DJ Chris Tofu – White Minks very own electro swing don on the wheels of steel
