Piano Trios by Haydn and Korngold

Following a well received debut performance in The Lantern last season, Trio Isimsiz make a welcome return visit.

Over the last year the Trio has undertaken a residency at the Banff Centre working with Henk Guittart and given recitals at Wigmore Hall, Barbican, Royal Festival Hall, and Brighton Dome. Erdem Misirlioglu was a Concerto Finalist in the BBC Young Musicians Competition in 2008, Pablo Hernán Benedí is a member of the Chiaroscuro Quartet, formed by Alina Ibragimova and Michael Petrov represents the UK in the European Concert Halls Organisation Rising Star series.

YCAT lunchtime concerts
Following on from a superb inaugural series of lunchtime concerts last year, YCAT (the Young Classical Artists Trust) return to The Lantern with a set of performances from some of this country’s most exceptional young musicians. Be among the first to see these maestros in the making.

Young people attend for free with CAVATINA

Young people between the ages of 8 and 25 can attend this concert free of charge with a CAVATINA ticket. These tickets can be collected from box office (please note, to avoid postage charges, they are not available online).
