Tongue Fu

A “top performance poetry night” (The Independent), Tongue is the UK’s leading spoken word and music show. Extraordinary poets, storytellers and rappers re-work material live, with genre-hopping improvised soundtracks from a crack team of quick-witted musicians. With the music ranging from weird folk, Brazilian rhythms, experimental jazz to hip hop, its “an event, nay experience, that has taken the literary scene by storm” (The London Word).

This show is part of Bristol Jazz & Blues Festival 2018 and takes place at The Folk House
40a Park St, Bristol BS1 5JG
