A one day training session for music leaders focusing on concepts of diversity and inclusion within music education delivered by the National Centre of Inclusive Excellence, part of The Inclusive Practitioner CME course.

This session is relevant for music practitioners looking to develop their skills including: community settings, schools, music hubs, workshop leaders and music professionals who are looking to expand or undertake music education work.

Session Content

A look at the key issues and concepts of diversity and inclusion within music education, and how to ensure your work is accessible. The day includes a practical workshop using inclusive musical resources for workshop-leading.

The Inclusive Practitioner CME Course

This one day course is part of the NCIE ‘The Inclusive Practitioner for Music Educators’ level 4 qualification which is accredited by Trinity College, London.
