Bristol New Music

Canada’s premier contemporary string quartet perform at St George’s Bristol as part of its Bristol New Music residency at the University of Bristol. The quartet perform a world premiere by Claudia Molitor – fresh from her recent success at Tate Britain and one of Europe’s most radical and in-demand composers – alongside two masterpieces of American 20th-century avant-garde music, by Cage and Tenney.

  • Claudia Molitor und lass Dir jeden Tag geschehen 15’ 2012 world premiere
  • John Cage Thirty pieces for String Quartet 30’ 1983
