Quatuor Bozzini + University of Bristol New Music Ensemble

Bristol New Music

In this concert the Bozzini Quartet features works of young composers from Bristol University who worked with the Bozzini Quartet in a satellite-kitchen edition, exclusive at Bristol New Music, while the UofB New Music Ensemble (NME) performs Nico Muhly’s contemporary response to Webern’s Concerto Op. 24, a sextet of Hans Werner Henze, along with a brand new, propulsive work by 2013 NME student competition winner Benedict Todd.  Bozzini and NME join together at the end for a surprise conclusion to the programme.
