Madeline Kenney

Colston Hall Presents at Rough Trade Bristol

Madeline Kenney has been a neurologist, baker, dancer and nanny. Luckily for us, her love of music was never far behind. Bringing to mind Mazzy Star, Jessy Lanza or early Breeders, Kenney’s eclectic shoe-gazer indie-rock bristles with “compelling deadpan lyrical humour” (Loud and Quiet). With “instrumentation that evokes images of sunset-lit rides down a coastline” (Pitchfork) and irresistibly smokey vocals, Kenney will transport you to the landscapes of her Pacific Northwest homeland.
