John Mayall

“One of Britain’s most important ambassadors of the blues” (The Telegraph) returns to the Hall for his 80th anniversary tour. He’s known as the Godfather of British Blues and, with his band The Bluesbreakers, helped to launch the careers of band members Eric Clapton, Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, Peter Green and Mick Taylor. Mayall’s latest album, A Special Life, is released this year. He will be joined by King King, a band The Manfreds’ Paul Pond describes as “an indefatigable music machine”.
