Douglas Dare & Michael Price

“I wanted to make a record that would allow the listener to escape, something lush and immersive but when looked at closely, the grit and depth could be found,” says the London-based singer-songwriter of his critically acclaimed debut. The Quietus says the songs “ache with a sort of moody emotion that young and old can have in common … it’s bittersweet, raw and honest” while Clash calls it “richly emotive and beguilingly, bewitchingly uneasy”. Dare performs following his support slots for Erased Tapes label-mates Olafur Arnals and Nils Frahm.

Joining Douglas will be label-mate Michael Price, the Emmy winning composer of the Sherlock soundtrack, who released his much praised debut album Entanglement in March 2015.
