Five women, five pure, vibrant voices singing joys and hopes, doubts or sorrows, with the emotion and generosity of their hearts. The internationally acclaimed Black Voices is an a cappella quintet that have wowed audiences across the world with their unique repertoire of music. They return to Bristol for a morning workshop and afternoon concert in The Foyer at Colston Hall.
The concert will feature wide-ranging popular, contemporary and traditional repertoire using only voices to create an unforgettable performance of rare emotional depth and passion.

This is a seated event in Colston Hall Foyer presented by Black Artists on the Move.
Black Voices will be leading a free vocal workshop from 10am Sun 9 Dec 2018 in Colston Hall foyer. Learn from the vocal traditions of Africa to modern arrangements, spirituals to gospel, African to Caribbean, blues and jazz, folk, pop and reggae, Black Voices will teach you the techniques of vocal music that energises and uplifts, challenges and educates.
