Calling all singers aged 11-16!

WOW! The last round of Rudling Voices has been a huge success!

The project got off to an excellent start with 97 students from 5 schools attending our Big Sing and our regular group meeting on Saturdays in the education spaces at Colston Hall.  We’ve now confirmed the summer term and are making a call for anyone wanting to get on board before we move up a gear for the summer.   The first session is this Saturday 3rd May – but you can join in at any point.

If you are aged 11-16 and interested in singing this is what you can expect:

  • Rudling Voices is Colston Hall’s singing group for 11-16 year olds.
  • It takes place on Saturdays at 2-4pm at Colston Hall plus away days and performances.
  • Participants sing a mix of modern pop, world and original music.

All sessions and activities are FREE and all are welcome – we even have support available for transport if getting to the Hall is a struggle.

Over the summer, in addition to the regular sessions at Colston Hall, the group will take part in 3 away-days around the South West with the other Rudling Voices groups from Devon & Cornwall.  Each day will be an incredible creative musical experience, working with international composers and a team of facilitators.  The group will also have access to one-to-one vocal development and training to explore becoming vocal leaders of the future!
