New sustainable pop-up Vegetable Diva comes to Colston Hall Foyer
On Wed 12 and Thu 13 of Feb, we welcome sustainability focussed food vendor Vegetable Diva for a two-day pop-up in the Colston Hall Foyer.
Serving from an impressive Fire Engine in the Foyer courtyard, Vegetable Diva takes pride in their sustainable plant-based menu which received a ‘Food Made Good’ award in 2019. All of their produce is grown on the ‘No Dig Diva Plot’, a 4-acre plot of land in Burrington, North Somerset ensuring that they are always serving the very best seasonal dishes.
To fit in with their zero-waste ethos, they also ask that people bring their own take-away container.

Savoury muffins (spinach, roasted tomato and parmesan) – £2.50
Fennel sausage puff pastry roll – £2.50
Masala Dosa served with coconut chutney – £6.00
Squash, Black eye bean coconut curry with fragrant rice and seasonal pakoras – £6.00
The Vegetable Diva will be open from 9:00 – 15:00, don’t forget to bring your Tupperware!
