Love Cooking - Rachel Allen - Tuesday 5th October
Love Cooking is Britain's first ever festival of cooking, bringing together some of the UK's best-loved chefs and cooks across four cities, to present live on one stage.
Each Love Cooking event will present 6 first class, one-hour theatre-style presentations.
Never before has such emphasis been put on the craft and skill of these culinary masters, hear why they chose the ingredients, what inspired their dish and find out what makes them love cooking.
Rachel Allen: Recipes from Heart and Home
Rachel’s easy-to-follow, practical recipes reflect her perception of food as an integrated part of life - restorative, nurturing and emotionally fulfilling, even apart from its tastiness! A member of the third generation of the Ballymalloe dynasty Rachel's dishes celebrate all that is special about food and family.
