Accessibility

From September 2009 Colston Hall is completely accessible with a new set of lifts to all floors and a wheelchair area in the balcony. Patrons can now enter via Trenchard Street or Colston Street and access any floor via the lifts.

A system of ramps and lifts also provides access to Hall 2.

There are now more accessible toilets available in the new foyer building.

The Ticket and Information Office and the bars in the new foyer all have lowered accessible counters.

Please mention any accessibility requirements you have when booking your tickets.

If you prefer to be unaccompanied, assistance around, into and from the building will be provided by staff, if requested. Please ask about this.
