Meeting room 1 and New VIP room
These light and contemporary rooms are ideal for a meeting, training day or seminar. They are also perfect as a break room for a large meeting. These rooms have fitted plasma screens that can be linked straight to a laptop, ideal for presentations.
Meeting Room 1 has a maximum capacity of 20 in a boardroom arrangement.
New VIP Room has a maximum capacity of 16 in a boardroom arrangement.
Bar level 3 and terrace
Situated at the top of the building with views across the city this space is perfect for an evening drinks reception, networking event or seminar. There is an abundance of natural daylight flooding in from the patio doors which give you direct access to the terrace. This large space, with a maximum capacity of 200 and a fully functioning bar, is the ideal location to relax and take in the views of Bristol.
Bar level 1
This contemporary space is located in the new foyer. It is a flexible space ideal for meetings, seminars, exhibitions and drinks receptions, with a maximum capacity of 300. This space also has a fully functioning bar so is ideal for after-meeting drinks and networking.
Boardroom
Located in the old building the boardroom, the boardroom encompasses all the history of the Colston Hall with a feature fireplace and panelled wall. The boardroom is the ideal space for the more intimate meeting and is able to accomodate a maximum capacity of 25. Please note this room is not accessible for wheelchair users.
Packages for day delegates
We have a competitive package available for day delegates (8 hours), details of which can be found in the Venue Hire brochure (available for download below). There are a number of upgrades available for the standard delegate package also.
