Roy Harper

One of the “most original and most underrated” (The Guardian) singer-songwriters of his generation performs tracks from Man & Myth. It’s his first album in over a decade and adds to his astonishing tally of 33 album in 44 years, which showcase the “unerring quality and startling originality of his writing” (The Guardian). Harper will also perform work from his seminal album, Stormcock.

Supporting Harper will be Jonathan Wilson, who will be performing a solo acoustic set to open each show, and will accompany Roy throughout the rest of the evening. Wilson played in four of the songs on Man & Myth, and Harper is looking forward to the opportunity to showcase these new songs live with him. This, along with the string and brass arrangements by Fiona Brice, plus a few old favourites, will make for a very special show indeed.
