Ronnie Spector

Sings the fabulous Ronettes

Ronnie Spector returns to the UK to celebrate the ultimate girl group The Ronettes, the group she co-founded as a teenager.

This is the iconic rock singer’s first show created specifically to pay tribute to the music of the famed girl group from New York’s Spanish Harlem. Ronnie and her band will perform all the Ronettes hits: Be My Baby, Baby I Love You, Do I Love You, Walking in the Rain, and more-as well as songs originally recorded by the group that became successful for other artists, such as I Can Hear Music (Beach Boys) and Chapel of Love (Dixie Cups).

Ronnie Spector Sings the Fabulous Ronettes follows the singer’s last UK appearance, in 2014, when her one–woman Beyond the Beehive show played London to critical acclaim including 5 star reviews from The Guardian and The Independent. In conjunction with the upcoming tour, in November the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee will release the first new Ronettes recording in 49 years.

Support comes from Seth Glier.
