Simple Things Festival: In Pictures

For the seventh year Colston Hall was full to the rafters for Simple Things Festival, now a staple fixture in Bristol’s music calandar. As usual Colston Hall acted as the throbbing heart of proceedings, as the packed foyer jumped all day and the main hall played host to the festival’s headline sets.

Highlights included neo-glam troupe HMLTD in the foyer; British Paraorchestra and Army of Generals and their mindblowing reimagining of Kraftwerk’s Trans Europe Express; IDLES playing a welcome homecoming show after an incredible year, and of course, festival headliners Leftfield, performing their iconic album Leftism in full.
