Celebrity chefs Gary Rhodes, Ainsley Harriott, Gino D'Acampo, James Martin and Rachel Allen will be showcasing their cooking skills at Colston Hall this October as the nationwide Love Cooking Festival visits Bristol.

Each celebrity chef will give an hour long theatre-style cooking presentation on a high tech kitchen set. Audiences will have the chance to learn more about what inspires the nations top chefs and to improve their own cooking skills.

The chefs appearing are some of the best known in the UK. Gary Rhodes will be cooking some of his favourite classic British dishes, Ainsley Harriott will bring Caribbean spice to proceedings by cooking up some spicy soul food and Gino D'Acampo will produce some fabulous Italian fayre from simple, fresh ingredients. The chefs will also be joined by special guests Valentine Warner from BBC2’s What To Eat Now and 2005 BBC Masterchef winner Thomasina Miers in this day long event.

The ticket price includes a recipe book featuring over 60 recipes from chefs on the tour, access to an online video library to see all the presentations again and entry to all pre and post show interactive features in the foyer, which include cooking demonstrations from Bristol restaurant Bordeaux Quay and a chance to win culinary prizes.

Love Cooking will be coming to Colston Hall on Tuesday 5 October. Tickets cost £25 for the first session booked, £20 per subsequent session and £100 for all 6 sessions. They can be bought by calling 0117 922 3686 or online at www.colstonhall.org
