Get singing for a healthier life with the Wellbeing Choir
A project associated with Colston Hall is helping to improve people's health through singing and new sessions for 2010 start in September 2010.
The North Bristol Wellbeing Choir has been set up by Bristol City Council Neighbourhood Arts Team to promote singing as a way to energise and refresh yourself, lift your spirits and reduce your stress levels. Singing has proven benefits for those with respiratory, memory and circulation problems and the Wellbeing Choir has has great results from provious attendees.
The sessions start on September 01 at the Greenway Centre, Southmead from 7 - 9 pm and continue every Wednesday during term-time. Sessions are free and no experience is necessary - just turn up for an uplifting and rejuvenating time!

Sessions run 7 - 9pm at the Greenway Centre, Doncaster Road, Southmead, Bristol, BS10 5PY term-times.
