Booking tickets online
Before making a booking through our online system we recommend you read the following points:
- You will be allocated the 'best seat' available at time of booking
- Colston Hall will be unable to exchange or refund any tickets booked
- You will be unable to book online in the last 48 hours before the performance
Booking fees
A ticket priced up to £15
£1 booking fee per ticket
A ticket priced between £15.01 - £35
£1.50 booking fee per ticket
A ticket priced at £35.01 and over
£2 booking fee per ticket
In the event of the cancellation of a show, this cannot be refunded. Colston Hall website accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo/Electron.
