Booking tickets online
Before making a booking through our online system we recommend you read the following points.
When booking online:
- You will be allocated the 'best seat' available at time of booking.
- Booking fee charged will be £1 per ticket plus 75p transaction fee. In the event of the cancellation of a show, this cannot be refunded. Colston Hall website accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo/Electron.
- Colston Hall will be unable to exchange or refund any tickets booked.
- You will be unable to book online in the last 48 hours before the performance.
