Our opening hours are as follows:-

Monday to Saturday 10.00am-8.30pm
We close on Bank Holidays

Booking Fees

Bookings with a credit/debit card:
£1 per ticket + 75p postage charge

We do not charge a booking fee for purchases by cheque or cash for shows at Colston Hall. For outside events, when we act as an agency, we may charge booking fees.

Online Booking

Working with our box office partner, Tickets.com you can book online for our concerts and shows 24 hours a day. If you have any feedback on this service, or are encountering any problems please contact us either by phone or email. Please note that concessionary tickets are not currently available online.
