For bookings, reservations and enquiries. Our box office phone system gives you automated showtimes and future event information, and when lines are busy you will be placed in a queue to wait for the next available operator.
Opening hours
Our opening hours are as follows:
Monday to Saturday
In person: 10am - 8.30pm (when we have an evening show)
10am - 6pm (when there is no evening show)
By telephone: 10am - 6pm
Sunday
The box office is closed on a Sunday unless there is a show.
In person: 12pm - 8.30pm (when we have an evening show)
12pm - 6pm (when we have an afternoon show)
By telephone: 12pm - 6pm (when we have a show)
We close on bank holidays
Booking fees
As of Sunday 1 August 2010 there is a new sliding scale of booking fees, which is as follows:
A ticket priced up to £15
£1 booking fee per ticket plus 75p postage charge
A ticket priced between £15.01 - £35
£1.50 booking fee per ticket plus 75p postage charge
A ticket priced at £35.01 and over
£2 booking fee per ticket plus 75p postage charge
We do not charge a booking fee for purchases by cheque or cash for shows at Colston Hall. For outside events and events at other venues, when we act as an agency, we may charge booking fees.
